The Youth Outcomes Matrix maps a set of transversal skills and competency targets outlined in the Schools for Future Youth project logframe. The Matrix can be used to map key competences at a certain point in time and identify any changes (including impact) if reviewed after a certain period. The aim would be for a young person to move from early to developing to embedded in any given category.
